Richard B. Cheney an eminent public servant and entrepreneur is vice president of the United States. Cheney has become a regular face on the Washington scene of politics, has served under several U.S. presidents George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush. He will serve as the fourth president and will be an elected representative. Bush picked Cheney to be his vice-presidential candidate in July 2000 citing his insight judgment and experience. Dick Cheney is a former chief of staff to presidents, worked in Congress as well as Secretary of Defense. Cheney is an honest man who is respected by Republicans and Democrats. Cheney declares that he's an honest and discreet advisor to Bush within his administration. Cheney accepted his role as Republican vice president that he would like to work with a presidential candidate who is willing to cooperate cross-partisanally and in a manner of good will and for an unifying cause. Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30, 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been engaged with Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. After 13 years of age, old, he relocated along with his parents to Casper within the Western region of Wyoming and his father ran the local soil conservation district for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
